Steps to make 手撕面包

  • 1.食材备用。
  • 2.牛奶95克,全鸡蛋液25克,白糖20克称重放入面包机和面桶里。
  • 3.再放入面粉和酵母,开启和面功能15分钟。
  • 4.之后加入黄油,继续开启和面功能15分钟。
  • 5.和到光滑可以出膜为止。
  • 6.分成五个面剂,擀成牛舌状。
  • 7.卷起。
  • 8.切成对半摆放好。
  • 9.醒发到两倍大,现在的气温有二十度左右,差不多四十来分钟就可以。
  • 10.表面刷蛋液,撒芝麻,放到空气炸锅中150度烤20分钟。
  • 11.这款面包就完成。
