枸杞切片吐司
枸杞具有很高的营养价值和药用价值,食用方法最多的莫过于用来煲汤了。其实用枸杞做面食也很不错的,金黄灿灿的色泽,和南瓜好有一比,既养眼又养生。

  • 酵母粉3g
  • 白芝麻少许
  • 1g

Steps to make 枸杞切片吐司

  • 1.枸杞加水入料理机打碎
  • 2.倒入面包桶内
  • 3.倒玉米油、盐和糖分别放对角处,加面粉、酵母粉
  • 4.开启和面程序和成面团饧发
  • 5.将饧发好的面团取出放面板上
  • 6.平均分成6等份
  • 7.排气滚圆,可以很清楚的看见面团上的枸杞渣
  • 8.取3个面团分别搓成长条状
  • 9.编成辫子形状
  • 10.另外3个面团也编成辫子形状,全部放到吐司盒里二发
  • 11.二发结束
  • 12.表面刷蛋液,再撒少许白芝麻
  • 13.提前预热烤箱190度,将吐司盒送入烤箱中层烤40分钟
  • 14.烤制时间结束,取出吐司倒烤网上晾凉,即可切片食用
