Steps to make 猪头肉河粉汤

  • 1.菜心洗干净掰段。蒜头拍扁切碎。葱切葱花。
  • 2.锅放适量的水烧开,放少许盐进锅里,把河粉烫熟沥干水,放进大碗里。
  • 3.锅放少许油,烧火炸香成蒜头油。
  • 4.把菜心放进去炒。
  • 5.菜微焉倒进开水,煮开放少许盐和少许鸡精调味即可,倒进河粉的大碗里。
  • 6.把猪头肉加进碗里,卤汁也淋上去。
  • 7.再洒上葱花即可开吃。
