  • 1.原料:鸡蛋一个(50克),白砂糖35克,马铃薯淀粉140克,奶粉25克,低粉20克,泡打粉3克
  • 2.鸡蛋中加入白砂糖。
  • 3.搅拌至白糖融化。
  • 4.将面粉和泡打粉混合,用粉筛筛入,用铲子搅拌均匀,然后弄成一团,醒发10分钟。
  • 5.取一块面团,揉成一个细条切成小丁,然后用手掌揉成一个小圆,放在烤盘上(大小自己喜欢)
  • 6.放入烤箱,选上下管,上下管150度,烤12分钟即可。(烤箱先预热5分钟)烘烤的时候随时观察,特别的底部容易糊,我这个就有点糊了。糊了的话可以适当的降低下管的温度。
  • 7. 装进小盒里。
