寿司以前没做过,凭想象觉得应该做的出来。紫菜都是现成的,以前都是用来煮汤或者吃水饺当配料了。儿子喜欢糯食,就选用了糯米。

  • 1.糯米提前洗净、泡好。 沥干水分,入锅隔水蒸熟。
  • 2.香肚、玉米粒入锅蒸熟。
  • 3.蒸好的香肚切条。
  • 4.所有辅料洗净,切长条状。
  • 5.准备好紫菜一张。
  • 6.蒸好的糯米饭放在紫菜上。
  • 7.依次放上黄瓜、紫甘蓝、火腿和玉米粒。
  • 8.将紫菜卷起来,切成厚片即可。
  • 9.再卷一份,加入玉米粒。
  • 10.切厚片。每片用保鲜膜分别包好了。
