腊肠蒸鳊鱼
今天买了条鳊鱼,一直想学做孔雀开屏鱼,趁着放假在家就试试,正好家里有湖南的腊肠,就想出把它们蒸在一起!

  • 土豆1个
  • 料酒2勺
  • 生抽2勺
  • 胡椒粉少许
  • 砂糖半小勺
  • 1段
  • 3根
  • 红辣椒1个

Steps to make 腊肠蒸鳊鱼

  • 1.买回的鳊鱼去鱼鳞后把鱼头和鱼尾切下
  • 2. 然后把鱼肚里的内脏掏干净,再用刀均匀的切开,鱼肚腩不要切断!再清洗干净
  • 3.在鱼里加入料酒
  • 4.均匀抹上盐腌制15分钟
  • 5.土豆切成薄片
  • 6.腊肠也切成薄片
  • 7.葱姜切丝垫在盘底
  • 8.把鳊鱼放在葱姜上摆好造型
  • 9.在每块鱼上放上土豆片
  • 10.再放上腊肠片
  • 11.锅里加水煮开后,把鱼放入蒸笼蒸7-8分钟,时间到后关火再焖2分钟
  • 12.调个浇汁:小碗里加生抽、砂糖、胡椒粉调匀备用
  • 13.取出蒸好的鱼,倒掉蒸出来的汤
  • 14.再把调好的浇汁淋在每块鱼上,再加点辣椒和葱花
  • 15.加热点油,把热油浇在葱花、辣椒上即可
