自制酸奶
自己做酸奶 又经济又卫生又健康,没有粘稠剂、防腐剂、香精等各种有害添加剂。

Steps to make 自制酸奶

  • 1.牛奶倒入洗净的锅中(不可以有一点油),加热至38-40度关火,最高不要超过42度;
  • 2.酸奶杯子用开水烫一下,晾温,烫一下一是给杯子消毒,二是热杯子有助于发酵时间减短,发酵效果也好。用一个杯子倒少量温牛奶冲开发酵粉;
  • 3.冲开的酵母粉倒入奶锅里搅匀后 倒入杯子里,不要倒满,留1cm 好盖盖子;
  • 4.盖好盖子,入酸奶机;
  • 5.设置时间14小时,放在有太阳光照的地方,或室内温度高的话 提前两三个小时就做好了;
  • 6.原味酸奶做好了,放在冰箱里随时吃;
  • 7.加点蜂蜜就没那么酸了,也可以加新鲜水果碎;
  • 8.每天两杯自制酸奶…
