  • 高筋面粉200克
  • 酵母3克
  • 3克
  • 玉米油20克
  • 120克
  • 馅料A:菠萝四分之一个
  • 苹果四分之一个
  • 馅料B:干大虾9个
  • 瑶柱3个
  • 馅料C:培根1大片
  • 黄色彩椒半个
  • 馅料D:腊肠一根
  • 青椒一个
  • 芝士300克
  • 洋葱半个

Steps to make 四季披萨

  • 1.将面团料用水调和好,盖保鲜膜室温发酵至两倍。
  • 2.在发酵面团时,可以处理材料。菠萝和苹果分别切小块和薄片。切好后,用糖水渍一下,控干水份。我用的是干大虾,用水要先泡发后切小块。瑶柱也是一样,可以撕丝。
  • 3.发好后,揉出汽泡。
  • 4.擀成长方形,放入烤盘。烤盘最好抹点油
  • 5.在面皮表面用叉子叉好小孔。
  • 6.并将四边放一圈芝士条,再用面皮卷好。
  • 7.抹一层番茄酱。
  • 8.放一层芝士和洋葱条。
  • 9.将四种料分别摆好。
  • 10.再放一层芝士。
  • 11.将边边涂一层鸡蛋液。
  • 12.烤箱预热200度,中层上下火,20分左右,后五分钟时再拿出一次洒一层芝士。
