夏日清凉去火的五花肉炒苦瓜
很少一大早就去逛超市的,上上周末送完小朋友去参加围棋考试,顺便就去了趟超市,没想到早上逛超市的人比晚上还多。身为家庭主妇,进超市后,更多的是关注一些与日常生活息息相关的用品,所以进超市后,直奔蔬菜、水果区,发现超市的菜还蛮新鲜、价格也不贵,趁机挑了些蔬菜和水果回家,其中之一就是苦瓜。这个夏天好像还没买过。
苦瓜吃起来口感有点苦,很多人不能接受,小朋友更是不喜欢吃,为了让他能吃一点,就搭配了点五花肉,一方面增加他的食诱,另一方面也可以降低下苦瓜的苦味。

Steps to make 夏日清凉去火的五花肉炒苦瓜

  • 1.红萝卜、苦瓜清洗干净后,苦瓜随意切三角形,红萝卜切花形或树形,五花肉切片
  • 2.锅中烧水,开锅后,将切好的苦瓜和红萝卜放进去,关火,放置1分钟左右捞出,沥干水份备用
  • 3.锅清洗干净后,放几滴食用油,然后放入五花肉,中火慢慢翻炒,待炒至两面变金黄色时,加入盐和生抽快速翻炒几下
  • 4.加入过水后的苦瓜和红萝卜,翻炒30秒左右即可出锅
