  • 1.食材准备好
  • 2.用适量的开水将莜面拌成均匀小粒,
  • 3.将莜面和为一个团,醒上半小时,
  • 4.用竹制工具将莜面制作成小鱼形,也可以手制成小鱼形备用
  • 5.将番茄切小丁,鸡蛋打散,生菜切小丁,
  • 6.热锅下蒜籽爆香后,放入番茄丁翻炒至软,
  • 7.加入适量的鸡汤及清水,
  • 8.水烧开后,加入莜面鱼鱼,放时要注意,不要一堆倒入,慢慢加入就可以。
  • 9.锅开后,加入鸡蛋液,做成鸡蛋花,
  • 10.加入适量的盐后,关火后,加入切好的生菜丁及葱花,
  • 11.趁热来上一碗,真是很暖胃。
