Steps to make 黑胡椒烤法式羊排

  • 1.法式羊排解冻。
  • 2.大喜大黑胡椒酱挤入适量。
  • 3.戴一次性手套抓匀。腌两个小时左右。我是早上腌制,下午5点烤的。
  • 4.洋葱一个,土豆一个,南瓜适量。(拍照本来半个洋葱半个土豆,女儿喜欢吃烤土豆,临时又加上了)
  • 5.洋葱切大片,土豆南瓜切滚刀块。
  • 6.锅内适量水烧开,洋葱土豆煮七八成熟捞出。
  • 7.烤盘内铺锡纸,四边折立,四角捏紧,这样烤制时汁水不乱流。烤盘好清洗。
  • 8.适量橄榄油,大喜大黑胡酱拌匀。
  • 9.电饼铛下盘加热,黄油放入。
  • 10.腌制好的羊排放黄油上稍煎锁住羊排的水份。
  • 11.翻面也煎一下。
