正宗韩国白饭的做法
白饭
白饭,因其是只用粳米做出来的白色的饭而得名,是韩国人的日常主食。因为韩国的气候条件适合种植稻类,所以很早以前开始韩国米饭的做法和以米为原料的食品就很发达。在饭桌上,也是以米饭为中心食品,而以其它的菜为米饭的副食。

Steps to make 正宗韩国白饭的做法

  • 1.粳米淘洗3次左右清洗干净。 米在水里浸泡30分钟左右,用筛子沥去水分后,晾10分钟。(550g)。
  • 2.锅里倒入粳米与水。大火煮4分钟左右,沸腾后续煮4分钟左右。
  • 3.转至中火煮3分钟,待米粒浮起时,再转小火焖10分钟左右。
  • 4.用饭勺轻轻地装碗盛饭。
