乌冬面是用盐水来和的面,促使面团内快速形成面筋,然后擀成一张大饼,再把大饼迭起来用刀切成面条,其口感介于切面和米粉之间,口感偏软。乌冬面反式脂肪酸为零、并且含有很多高质量的碳水化合物,通过配合不同的佐料、汤料、调味料可以尝到各种不同的口味。

  • 淀粉1小勺

Steps to make 黑椒牛肉炒乌冬面

  • 1.准备好原材料;
  • 2. 烧锅开水,将乌冬面放入里面, 用筷子拨开, 水开后再煮上一分钟捞出备用;
  • 3. 牛肉丝中放入适量的盐、淀粉和生抽、料酒, 抓均匀, 让它吃入些水分;
  • 4.入锅前再放入点油拌均匀;
  • 5. 热锅凉油, 放入腌制好的牛肉丝煸炒;
  • 6.直至牛肉丝微微变色后盛出来备用;
  • 7. 热锅凉油, 放入洋葱进去煸炒;
  • 8.煸炒出香味后加入红萝卜丝进去煸炒;
  • 9.红萝卜微微软后放入青椒丝进去煸炒;
  • 10. 炒几下后放入乌冬面进去煸炒;
  • 11.翻炒均匀后再加入刚炒过的牛肉丝;
  • 12. 放入少许生抽和盐翻炒均匀,
  • 13.最后出锅前加入黑胡椒碎翻炒均匀即可。
