咖喱鸡肉饭

Steps to make 咖喱鸡肉饭

  • 1.用盐和胡椒均匀涂抹鸡翅和鸡腿肉,放入冰箱至少2h或隔夜。
  • 2.锅内中高火预热植物油,将鸡肉表面水分擦干后皮面向下入锅煎至略带焦糖色,盛出待用。此时预热烤箱150摄氏度。
  • 3.用余油煎香洋葱丝至软嫩且半透明。
  • 4.入咖喱粉(1cup rice should be seasoned with 1/4tsp curry powder),翻炒均匀至香气散出。
  • 5.入米饭一同翻炒,直到油脂均匀裹覆米粒,大概3min。
  • 6.按照米包装所示水量加入高汤,盐调味。
  • 7.沸腾后上盖,转入烤箱中层,上下火,30-40min。
  • 8.准备一锅沸水,入少许橄榄油和盐,焯水至翠绿色后立即用冰水冷却,随即放入冰箱待用。
  • 9.这时候就可以开罐啤酒看看电视,呵呵,放松一下。
  • 10.饭焖好出锅后拌入秋葵,以酸奶为sauce,配上柠檬片或一些你喜欢的香草,就一起开动吧!
