炒莜面块垒
(百度)莜麦属“裸燕麦”,俗称“油麦”,也称“燕麦”、“玉麦”。已有2500多年的种植历史。所含蛋白质和脂肪量为五谷之首,莜面在我国已有五千年的历史,属塞北高寒农作物,提起莜面,许多人也许不知道为何物,可说起燕麦,却在国内外久负盛名。其实莜麦即燕麦,莜面即燕麦粉。
莜面富含八种氨基酸,多种微量元素,丰富的亚油酸,高膳食纤维等含量为五谷之首,莜麦所含的维生素E、维生素B、维生素H都十分丰富,因其营养价值可观,在减肥、降血脂、降血糖等方面具有很好的治疗保健作用,集保健、营养于一身,老少皆宜。
莜面是一种很好的保健食品,有助于减肥和美容。 只是莜面不容易消化(晚餐最好不要吃),要少吃。
莜面的做法很多,今天介绍的是炒块垒,主食材是莜面和土豆,一种家常吃法。

Steps to make 炒莜面块垒

  • 1.土豆去皮蒸熟或煮熟
  • 2.土豆去皮蒸熟或煮熟
  • 3.把熟土豆捏碎成小块,拌入莜面
  • 4.用手轻轻的把莜面和土豆搓匀,即形成块垒(不要有大颗粒的面团为宜,但也不宜弄的太精致了)
  • 5.把搅匀的块垒撒在笼屉上,蒸熟。
  • 6.油热放葱花和花椒。
  • 7.把蒸熟稍凉的块垒抖散,放入炒锅翻炒,放盐。
  • 8.好了盛碗,配一点腌菜或小凉菜即可。
