这次给沙拉酱蛋卷换上了一层外衣
是不是一下子就显得高贵起来了呢
口味嘛,一如即往地好哦

  • 鸡蛋4个
  • 低筋面粉75克
  • 抹茶粉5克
  • 细砂糖60克
  • 玉米油50克
  • 牛奶50克

Steps to make 丘比双色沙拉肉松蛋糕卷

  • 1.分离蛋黄蛋白,蛋黄加20克糖打至发白,分三次加入油(或无味的植物油)。每加入一次都用打蛋器搅打到混合均。加入牛奶,搅拌均匀
  • 2.将蛋黄糊分成两半,一半拌入40克低粉,变成原味蛋糊,还有一半拌入35克低粉加5克抹茶粉,变成抹茶蛋糊
  • 3.蛋白内加几滴白醋,分三次加糖打成湿性发泡(打蛋器拎起有竖直小弯钩)
  • 4.将一半蛋白糊拌入原味蛋黄糊,另一半蛋白糊拌入抹茶糊(翻拌,不要划圈拌)
  • 5.分别将两种面糊装入裱花袋
  • 6.烤盘铺锡纸,不同颜色的面糊隔行挤在烤盘内(如图)
  • 7.烤箱,170度,上下火,15分钟左右,趁热撕去锡纸
  • 8.朝上那面挤上丘比沙拉酱,上面铺肉松
  • 9.卷起,用油纸或锡纸扎紧,冰箱内冷藏二小时左右就可以拿出来次啦
