每一个星期至少吃二次鱼了,煎鱼,炖鱼等等吃法。休息的时候有时间就烤鱼吃吧,口感更鲜美,肉质鲜嫩很棒哒。要比烤肉好吃口感细腻肉质鲜美。烤鱼做起来更简单一些。下酒还是下饭都是不错的选择。前段时间去海边玩,遇到好几个摊点都在烤鱼,买几串品尝一下感觉太好吃了。在家里也做烧烤,口感不比店里的味道差,实惠卫生真材实料吃起来这次也在家烤起来了

Steps to make 烤鱼

  • 1.准备好做菜的主要食材,鱼收拾干净,用水冲洗一下,放在器皿中备用。
  • 2.将腌料倒进鱼里混合一下,加盐和大蒜姜葱腌制。
  • 3.加适量的料酒去除腥腻味道,鱼更鲜美。
  • 4.加点老抽上个色,烤鱼颜值比较好。
  • 5.加点植物油在腌的鱼里边,主要靠的时候,鱼会熟的更快。
  • 6.烤盘包锡纸,这样是懒人的办法,不用刷洗的时候很难弄。在锡纸上刷点油鱼不会粘了。摆放好腌鱼,电陶炉开二个火圈,温度设置4档。注意这个温度是为了温度上的快,注意下哈,易糊的。
  • 7.烤盘热了,陶炉就减小火力到2档。这鱼小熟的很快,鱼熟的时候,在加点麻辣腐乳汤,味道更鲜美口感也是微辣的。喜欢就试下哈。
  • 8.10分钟左右烤鱼就做好了,美美的享用吧,不去烧烤摊一样的吃烧烤哈,自家做的干净又实惠。
