上次的一箱木瓜还吃剩一个,再不消灭就要烂掉了,用来炖鱼尾,味道鲜美的来又可以美容,一举两得,呵呵。

    • 1.鱼尾洗净,木瓜切大块。
    • 2.木瓜洗净切块备用。
    • 3.起油锅,将鱼两面煎一下。
    • 4.倒入清水煮开。
    • 5.移至汤锅,下木瓜,红枣,枸杞子,两片姜一起文火慢炖。
    • 6.起锅前加上适量的盐,葱段调味。
    • 7.一小时不到,一锅味道鲜美的木瓜炖鱼尾就成了。
