  • 1.酵母4克,木薯粉200克,面粉200克混合。
  • 2.红糖水准备好,100克红糖配400毫升热水冲泡,拌均匀,等待温度适中。
  • 3.将红糖水倒入粉类中。
  • 4.拌均匀。
  • 5.发酵35分钟至两倍大。
  • 6.加入3克泡打粉。
  • 7.15克玉米油搅拌均匀,发酵至两倍大。
  • 8.模具刷一层玉米油,倒入面糊。
  • 9.入锅大火烧开转中火蒸35分钟。
  • 10.冷切切块。
