  • 1.绞肉加盐和鸡精及葱姜末搅拌上劲。荠菜洗净烫一下过冷水捞出切碎,和绞肉混合在一起。
  • 2.把荠菜肉馅挤成一个个小丸子放在淀粉上。
  • 3.滚动丸子让其裹上淀粉。
  • 4.放入开水锅中汆至丸子浮起。
  • 5.捞出再放在淀粉上裹一层淀粉。
  • 6.再次放入开水锅中汆熟,丸子表面透明捞出。
  • 7.做好的丸子。
