山楂吐司面包
家里剩下的山楂条我觉得吃着太甜,想着切碎放入面包中,效果还不错呢,面包中的糖量我放的很少,但有了山楂的酸酸甜甜味,口感一点也不差。

  • 1.面包桶内放入蛋液、牛奶、面包粉,对角放盐、糖,中间放酵母,启动菜单1,欧式/柔软程序,开始和面
  • 2.把山楂切碎
  • 3.等面包机中间休息时放入黄油,继续和面
  • 4.等面包机鸣叫时放入山楂
  • 5.和好的面团开始发酵
  • 6.发好的面团刷上蛋液,开始烘烤,中色30分钟
  • 7.烤好的面包取出放凉切片
