  • 鸡脯肉300克
  • 1/3茶匙
  • 鸡蛋1枚
  • 番茄沙拉酱10克
  • 料酒2茶匙
  • 胡椒面1/2茶匙
  • 面包糠50克

Steps to make 鸡米花

  • 1.鸡脯肉,用刀背拍打、切丁;
  • 2.加入料酒、盐、胡椒面;
  • 3.抓上劲(沾手);
  • 4.打入鸡蛋;
  • 5.拌均匀。
  • 6.放面包糠(最好将每粒肉丁放在面包糠里四周粘均匀,这次做有些偷懒,成菜效果要差许多)。
  • 7.放入五成热里炸定型。
  • 8.二次复炸后捞入盘中;
  • 9.配番茄沙拉酱碟;
  • 10.直接或沾酱均可。
