无水蒸黄桃

Steps to make 无水蒸黄桃

  • 1.选比较硬的黄桃洗净去皮
  • 2.一切两半挖去桃核切成小块,8个桃都处理完称了一下是1200克。
  • 3.加入冰糖,冰糖可按自己口味增减,我1200克桃肉加200克冰糖,成品较甜。
  • 4.蒸锅烧水,上汽后把黄桃放进去,不用加水盖上锅盖蒸25分钟左右,视黄桃的软硬程度调整时间,如果买的黄桃太软就要少蒸一会儿,中间可以打开锅盖观察,蒸的时候把冰糖都翻到黄桃下面去更容易化开。
  • 5.蒸好以后黄桃自己就出水了,原滋原味,不像用水煮的那样味道寡淡。
  • 6.刚蒸的黄桃还不太好吃,因为冰糖汁和黄桃还没有融为一体,放晾后装入密封罐中冷藏,冷藏以后口感更佳,密封罐提前用热水烫一下消毒,黄桃罐头可以保存时间长一些。
