Steps to make 台湾卤肉饭

  • 1.将香菇泡发
  • 2.姜切末备用
  • 3.蒜切末备用
  • 4.洋葱切块备用
  • 5.五花肉切块备用
  • 6.将葱蒜末放入锅中,炒出香味,之后放入洋葱,煸炒出香味,接着捞出,锅中留下菜油
  • 7.在之前的菜油中放入切好的五花肉,进行煸炒
  • 8.将猪油炒出后,放入冰糖
  • 9.之后放入2片香叶,2个大料,炒至五花肉变色
  • 10.加入辣椒粉、五香粉进行调味
  • 11.之后放入刚刚炒好的洋葱
  • 12.放入切好的香菇
  • 13.再翻炒几下
  • 14.依次倒入米酒、料酒、老抽、食盐
  • 15.再放入两颗熟鸡蛋,进行焖煮
  • 16.煮至汤汁浓稠,香味四溢即可
  • 17.煮些青菜,浇上卤肉汁,把鸡蛋切开,台湾卤肉饭完成!
