清炒虾仁

Steps to make 清炒虾仁

  • 1.虾仁清洗去掉胶质,用厨房纸蘸干。加入少量食盐和料酒抓匀,再加入1匙玉米淀粉,抓匀后腌制10分钟。
  • 2.加入半匙料酒、半匙生抽、白胡椒粉、白糖、食盐、香油、两勺清水调成碗汁。葱姜蒜切片,放入碗汁里。
  • 3.甜豆角(其它蔬菜也可以)去筋改刀,下锅焯熟备用。
  • 4.虾仁下锅焯熟备用。
  • 5.锅中加少量底油,烧热后下入甜豆煸炒。
  • 6.下入虾仁后烹入碗汁,大火煸炒。
  • 7.汁水快收浓时下入腰果。
  • 8.所有食材翻炒均匀即可。
