Steps to make 蓝莓果酱蛋糕

  • 1.食材准备好。
  • 2.蛋白蛋黄分离。
  • 3.蛋黄中放入玉米油搅拌乳化,放入蓝莓果酱。
  • 4.分两次放入牛奶,搅拌均匀。
  • 5.筛入面粉拌匀,无颗粒,备用。
  • 6.蛋白用打蛋器打出粗泡,放入一半量的白糖继续搅打。
  • 7.粗泡变细泡时,加入剩余量的白糖和柠檬汁。
  • 8.搅打至提起打蛋器有明显的纹路和尖角。
  • 9.取1/3量的蛋清糊放入蛋黄糊中,Z字形翻拌,拌好之后再取1/3 的蛋清糊放入蛋黄糊中,再次翻拌。
  • 10.将拌好的蛋黄糊全部倒入蛋清糊中,翻拌均匀。
  • 11.取出八寸蛋糕模,撒上葡萄干。
  • 12.将蛋糕糊糊倒入蛋糕模具中,震出气泡。
  • 13.烤箱150度预热五分钟,放入烤箱150度上下火烤50分钟,上色后加盖锡纸保护。
  • 14.时间到,取出,用牙签扎入,牙签取出时干净利落,表明已烤熟,倒扣晾凉,脱模。
  • 15.用自己喜欢的水果,薄荷叶装饰,即食。
