Steps to make 腌油辣椒

  • 1.青椒洗净。
  • 2.小米椒洗净。
  • 3.放竹筐里,晾干水份。
  • 4.这边准备酱料。锅里适量玉米油烧热,放入花椒炸香关火稍晾一下(这样倒生抽不会溅出来)。注意火候,不要炸糊了,炸糊花椒发苦。
  • 5.3勺生抽。
  • 6.没有白糖了,用冰糖也可以。
  • 7.3小勺盐。
  • 8.一勺老抽。
  • 9.开火,煮至微沸。
  • 10.关火晾凉。
  • 11.这时辣椒已经晾干水份。
  • 12.青椒切成段,再从中间切开。
  • 13.小米椒也从中间一切为二。
  • 14.姜蒜切片。
  • 15.青红辣椒,姜蒜倒入晾凉的腌料中。
  • 16.抄拌均匀。
  • 17.淋上一点高度白酒翻匀,即可装罐。腌制一会就可以食用了,配上刚出锅的馒头,实在是太过瘾了。
  • 18.刚好装一罐。
  • 19.成品。
