Steps to make 五香鲅鱼

  • 1.鲅鱼一条洗净。
  • 2.去掉内脏,冲洗干净。
  • 3.剁成小块。
  • 4.葱、姜切片。
  • 5.鲅鱼放到盆里,放入葱姜、料酒、盐、老抽、生抽、五香粉拌匀。
  • 6.腌制30分钟。
  • 7.锅里放油,六成热放入鲅鱼。
  • 8.炸到两面金黄色即可。
  • 9.盛到盘里备用。
  • 10.锅里放油,放入葱、姜爆香,加水。
  • 11.放入料酒、老抽、生抽、白糖。
  • 12.然后放入鲅鱼,烧开后3到5分钟。
  • 13.看到汤汁浓稠,出锅前放入味精、香油调味即可。
  • 14.盛到盘里,即可享用。也可以放凉了再吃,口感也不错的。
