Steps to make 培根田园披萨

  • 1.将面团原料放入面包机,液体放在下面,糖也盐分别放在两角,然后加入面粉,在面粉表层中央挖个小洞,放入酵母。启动一个揉面程序,将原料揉成一个光滑的面团。
  • 2.加入30克黄油,继续一个和面程序。

  • 4.将面团放在案板上排出气体,滚圆盖上保鲜膜松弛半小时。
  • 5.将青椒和香菇切丝,放在烤箱中微微烤一下,烤去多余水分。
  • 6.培根切成小片备用。
  • 7.披萨盘刷油,将松弛好的面擀成圆饼,放入披萨盘,用牙签在上面扎出小洞。
  • 8.将披萨盘放入烤箱200度烤5分钟
  • 9.将披萨盘取出,在面饼上抹上披萨酱。
  • 10.将培根片摆在披萨酱上。
  • 11.撒上一层马苏里拉奶酪丝。
  • 12.撒上青椒丝和香菇丝。
  • 13.撒上煮熟的豌豆和玉米粒。
