    Steps to make 荠菜拌香干

    • 1.  荠菜洗净焯水。水面要宽,水开后往水中加盐和油,一方面可以入味儿,另一方面可以保持菜色。
    • 2.焯好水的菜捞出淋水。
    • 3.将焯过的荠菜挤去多余的水份,切成菜碎。准备香干。
    • 4.将切过的菜碎同切过的香干放在盘子里,放上切碎的美人椒。
    • 5.加盐,糖生抽和香油,拌均匀即可。
