日式拌豆腐
日式拌豆腐是一道开胃、爽口的家常菜,今天我用自己家做的内脂豆腐来拌的!

  • 木鱼花少许
  • 薄荷叶少许
  • 海苔碎少许

Steps to make 日式拌豆腐

  • 1.制作内脂豆腐:提前一天浸泡好的黄豆,把浸泡后的500克黄豆倒入料理机加入2000ML清水,我是分2次搅打的,启动机器打成生豆浆,可以多打几次
  • 2.打好的生浆慢慢倒入棉纱袋里过滤,最后用手挤干。将豆浆倒入锅里加热煮开后转小火煮12分钟
  • 3.把4克内酯用少许温水化开后,倒入电饭褒内胆里
  • 4.煮好的豆浆倒入有内酯的电饭煲内胆里
  • 5.倒完后千万不要搅动直接盖上盖子静置20分钟,时间到了,打开盖子豆腐花完成
  • 6.用勺子把豆腐花舀入铺上纱布的豆腐模具中
  • 7.加重物压30分钟,撕掉纱布取出豆腐即可
  • 8.制作拌豆腐:把豆腐切成4小块,放入开水里汆一下
  • 9.准备配料:榨菜或者萝卜干切成碎末,香菜或者新鲜薄荷叶切小,海苔剪成丝
  • 10.把豆腐捞出沥干水分,放入盘中
  • 11.加上萝卜干碎末
  • 12.加上薄荷叶,在每一块豆腐上淋上一勺日本酱油
  • 13.撒上海苔丝
  • 14.最后撒上木鱼花,还可以再淋点香油
