  • 1.水油皮材料
  • 2.材料混合,揉成面团,发酵一小时至变大
  • 3.油酥材料
  • 4.油酥材料混合起来
  • 5.揉成面团
  • 6.发酵后的面团
  • 7.拿出用擀面杖擀排去空气
  • 8.面团擀成长方形,一侧放上油酥
  • 9.一侧折过来
  • 10.用擀面杖擀成长条状
  • 11.两侧折起来,在擀成长条状,在重复一次
  • 12.把面擀成约0.2的厚度
  • 13.用磨具压上形状
  • 14.用叉子叉些小孔,防止烤的时候起鼓
  • 15.烤箱预热几分钟,用余温来二次发酵,烤箱底部放杯开水保持湿度二次发酵15分钟,烤箱预热180度10分钟,选择150度15分钟,具体温度根据自己烤箱温度来调节
  • 16.烤好了,凉透在吃,酥鲜咸的口味
