微波日式照烧烤鸡
以前用微波炉烤过两次三黄鸡,用的腌料都是自己按照个人喜好调配的。

    这次的烤鸡,用日式照烧酱腌制了一晚上。我一直担心入不了味儿,烤的时候还反复刷酱料。鸡烤好后,证明我的担心是多余的。成品烤鸡,无论是色泽还是口味,儿子都极为赞赏······

Steps to make 微波日式照烧烤鸡

  • 1.三黄鸡清理干净,抹干水分备用。
  • 2.准备好日式照烧酱料。
  • 3.三黄鸡放入大碗中,用牙签将鸡翅、鸡腿根部扎一些小眼,便于入味。
  • 4.将照烧酱料倒入碗中。
  • 5.用酱料将鸡充分揉透、拌匀;腌制一晚上。
  • 6.腌好的鸡,鸡腿塞入鸡肚,盘好鸡头,放在烤盘上。
  • 7.烤盘放入微波炉;先用微波烧烤高火烤制3分钟后,取出,刷上一层酱料再烤2分钟;翻一面,刷上一层酱料,再用同样的火力烤5分钟,使全鸡的内部熟透。
  • 8.取出烤鸡,倒出烤盘内的酱汁,刷上一层酱料,调至微波烘烤档焗5分钟;翻一面,刷上酱料,再焗3分钟。
  • 9.烤好的全鸡表面脆黄,肉嫩味正。
