蜜汁叉烧
对我来说,叉烧必须是肥肉相间的才好吃,里脊肉经过烘烤,再加上它本身的肉质,烤出来肯定又干又柴,口感不会很好,不过因人而异吧!
所以我做叉烧都是选猪颈肉,它比里脊肉要肥,但是比五花肉要瘦,最主要口感好!
