  • 1.鲳鱼从冰箱里拿出来化冻。
  • 2.洗净后去掉内脏。
  • 3.切成条状加料酒、盐腌制10分钟。

  • 5.锅里放少许油,放入裹了面粉的鱼条。
  • 6.中小火煎制。
  • 7.煎到两面金黄即可。
  • 8.出锅装盘,即可享用。
