Steps to make 蕃茄酱烧排骨

  • 1.材料图。
  • 2.排骨清洗后加水加姜片和葱及料酒焯水。
  • 3.焯水后的排骨洗净。
  • 4.倒入洗好的排骨,中火煎香。中间翻面,以表皮微黄为度。
  • 5.30克蕃茄酱加20克糖5克盐加水调均匀。
  • 6.煎好后的排骨不必出锅,将上面调好的汁倒入锅中,加上约5克的老抽上色。汁水所需要的量会跟锅具有关,通常以将没过排骨的量即可。
  • 7.大火烧开,转小火焖煮至排骨软烂。收汁即可出锅,饰以葱碎。
