    Steps to make 杏鲍菇三鲜全麦包子

    • 1.普通面粉与全麦面粉(我的比例是3:1)、适量酵母粉混合在一起,少量多次倒入清水活成软硬适中的面团放温暖处发酵至两倍大。
    • 2.猪肉馅备好。
    • 3.杏鲍菇洗净切片,放开水锅里面烫一下捞出,切碎,木耳泡发去蒂洗净切碎。
    • 4.胡萝卜切成碎末。
    • 5.虾仁处理干净,切葱小粒。
    • 6.肉馅儿先放入黄豆酱油搅打均匀,再放入生抽蚝油香油花生油盐,继续朝一个方向搅拌均匀。
    • 7.放入虾仁。
    • 8.把杏鲍菇和木耳一起放进去,少许葱姜末。
    • 9.放入胡萝卜碎,搅拌均匀,三鲜馅就备好了。
    • 10.面团揉匀排气分割成大小均匀的剂子,擀成圆片。
    • 11.依次做好所有的包子,放蒸锅里二次醒发十至至十五分钟。
    • 12.大火上汽后蒸八分钟,关火,静置二分钟再开锅,防止表面回缩起皱。
    • 13.完美出炉!
