自制凉皮

Steps to make 自制凉皮

  • 1.面粉加盐加水揉成硬一点的面团!
  • 2.先倒点水,开始揉面,然后看到水变成乳白色的时候倒入另外准备好的器皿中,再重新倒入水在有面团的容器里,继续揉面,大概需要五六次!
  • 3.把所有的面粉水到去一个器皿里,放置一边让它产生沉淀!!
  • 4.揉好的面筋,大概要反反复复揉五六次!
  • 5.面筋上锅蒸三十分钟左右!
  • 6.成点好的面粉水会分成两层,上层是水,下层是沉淀物,然后倒掉上层的水,只留下层的沉淀物,然后搅拌均匀!
  • 7.准备两个平底盘子,盘子底部抹油,然后舀一勺子面粉水并均匀的铺开!然后蒸锅做水烧开后放入盘子,蒸五分钟左右就可以取出了,然后换成另一个盘子继续!
  • 8.案板抹点油,然后把蒸好的凉皮放到案板上,再在凉皮上抹上一层薄薄的油,以此类推做好所有的凉皮,吃的时候拌一下就可以了!
