玛格丽特饼干
初入烘焙,据说这款小饼干最简单,所以就从简单的先入手实验了。好在结果还很成功。我感觉自己太香了,吃了很容易腻,女儿却每次都吃的停不下来。”

Steps to make 玛格丽特饼干

  • 1.1.黄油室温软化后,加入糖粉和盐,用打蛋器打到体积稍微膨大,颜色稍微变浅,成蓬松状(我是用的手动的打蛋器)
  • 2.2.把熟蛋黄放在筛网上,用手指按压,使蛋黄通过筛网,成为细末加入黄油搅拌。特别提醒:有密集恐惧症的亲千万不要去看筛网底部,会让你整个人都很不好。我就是无意中看了一眼,整个人真的好久都缓不过劲来
  • 3.3.把低粉和玉米淀粉混合后过筛入加了蛋黄的黄油中,揉成面团
  • 4.4.说实话,我是怎样都揉不成团的,一揉就裂开了,反正多揉几次,揉均匀就可以了,面团多少有点散的样子。有人是揉完后会放冰箱冷藏,我不知道为什么这样做,也曾经试过冷藏,冷藏后的面团很硬,烤完后并没发现和没有冷藏的有什么不同,所以冷藏这步我省略了
  • 5.5.取出面团,均匀的分成小块,搓成小圆球,放烤盘上,用大拇指轻轻按压,饼干会出现自然的裂纹,很漂亮的。我是差不多10克一个小球
  • 6.6.预热烤箱,中层上下火,170度,15分钟左右即可
