蓝莓芙蓉健康蛋糕
为毛叫芙蓉内~因为颜色雪白~为毛会雪白内~因为全部用了蛋清~为毛健康内~因为用了色拉油~不过先请大家忽略上面的蓝莓酱~自制无添加~朕不爱加淀粉一类的DD~果粒分明比较厚实才好吃~所以就变丑了哈~

  • 淀粉20G
  • 色拉油80G
  • 牛奶60G
  • 白醋若干

  • 1.250蛋白加几滴白醋
  • 2.~分三次加入总量为50的砂糖
  • 3.进行打发~打至蛋白发硬
  • 4.盖上保鲜膜进行冷藏是不是很方便呢~前后不超过一个小时~干净动手吧爱卿们~
  • 5.~然后取60克牛奶混合80克色拉油混合打发~
  • 6.水油融合即可~
  • 7.接着筛入100克低粉~
  • 8.20克淀粉搅拌~
  • 9.搅拌均匀
  • 10.分3-4次融入冷藏后的蛋白~
  • 11.随后倒入已经垫了油纸的烤盘~放入已经预热好的烤箱~
  • 12.上下管160度~15-20分钟即可~趁热脱模扯掉油纸~冷却后修边切块~抹上蓝莓酱冷藏~
