浓浓椰子香——椰蓉饼干
这款饼干是@龙城丽宫国际酒店 的常老师给的方子,不过我略微改了一下,在制作中没有使用厨师机,甚至没有使用电动打蛋器,只用了手动打蛋器,所以烤出的成品还有白砂糖颗粒,有种原始的粗粝感。

  • 蛋糕粉115g
  • 椰蓉25g

Steps to make 浓浓椰子香——椰蓉饼干

  • 1. 你需要准备:黄油100g、砂糖65g、鸡蛋一个、蛋糕粉115g、椰蓉25g、盐1g
  • 2. 黄油室温软化,加入砂糖,以打蛋器打发到发白
  • 3.分次加入蛋液,让蛋液和黄油充分混合
  • 4.全部蛋液加完后
  • 5.筛入蛋糕粉
  • 6.加入盐和椰蓉
  • 7.再次搅拌均匀,但无需搅拌太久,避免产生筋性
  • 8.将面糊装入硅胶裱花袋,不需要加裱花嘴
  • 9.借助刮板,将面糊往前推挤
  • 10.将面糊挤到烤盘上
  • 11. 烤箱180℃预热,上下火160℃,烤15分钟,烤好马上取出放到烤网上晾凉
