    • 1.竹笋三段,笋尖留笋丝炒蛋(二吃呢)。

    • 4.放入盐,煸炒后,加点水,盖上盖,中小火焖3分钟。
    • 5.开盖,再翻炒,加入糖、油,再焖烧1分钟。
    • 6.最后撒入鸡精,装盘。
