Steps to make 蒜烧多宝鱼

  • 1.把多宝鱼去除内脏,清洗干净 。
  • 2.沥净水分后备用。
  • 3. 热锅凉油,放入蒜瓣小火煸炒。
  • 4.把蒜瓣炒制到表面微微发黄,放入姜丝炒香 。
  • 5. 放入备用的多宝鱼,旺火烹入醋、料酒 。
  • 6. 加适量酱油。
  • 7.加入清水要没过鱼身,烧开后烧制5分钟。
  • 8.烧制过程中要撇净浮沫,加盐、白糖调味。
  • 9.烧制5分钟后,开始用旺火收汁,当汤汁变得粘稠即可关火 。
