低热量脆皮蛋糕
这款蛋糕很简单,只需三种原材料,无水无油降低了很多热量,即健康又易操作。只要鸡蛋打发到位,一切都是浮云啦~

  • 细砂糖80g

Steps to make 低热量脆皮蛋糕

  • 1.把原材料称量准备好
  • 2.把鸡蛋(全蛋)放入无油无水的大碗或大盆中(鸡蛋打发会膨胀,所以最好用比较大的碗或盆,方便操作)
  • 3.打蛋器高速搅打,打出鱼眼泡时加入一半白糖,继续搅打
  • 4.打至蛋液泡泡变小时再加入剩下的白糖(白糖也可分3次放入,也可一次放入)
  • 5.继续高速搅打到体积膨胀,颜色发白,然后转低速搅打至无大泡,比较细腻状态
  • 6.打至画花纹不易消失即可
  • 7.接着加入过筛的低粉
  • 8.搅拌至无干粉(从右边下铲入,划过盘底部,然后从左上方捞起,并转动盆,搅拌至无干粉状态)
  • 9.模具刷些油,如果有纸托的放入纸托
  • 10.装入模具(我的烤盘太小,装不完了,就用了几个纸杯装)
  • 11.烤箱170度预热后,放入模具,中层,上下火25分钟
  • 12.成品就随意拍了,今天比较懒,好吃才是硬道理,哈哈
