蔓越莓面包卷
当时做的时候没有多想,就直接撒了好多糖和蔓越莓一起卷了起来,结果烤的时候才发现,糖融掉之后会溢出来啊。。。
不过,虽然事后收拾相对麻烦了点儿,但是烤好的面包真的好好吃呀~就爱这口甜的,咋办呢?

材料:
主料:高筋面粉300g,细砂糖48g,酵母4g,蛋液48g,牛奶160g,盐5g,黄油30g
馅料:细砂糖30g,酒渍蔓越莓75g,玉米油适量,黄油适量

Steps to make 蔓越莓面包卷

  • 1.将除黄油外的主面团材料放入面包桶中,并将桶放入面包机中固定好,启动“和风面包”程序,设定750g
  • 2.在时间为2:50时加入黄油,然后继续程序
  • 3.至1:45时,面团基础发酵完毕
  • 4.取出面团排气
  • 5.然后在案板上擀成长方形,大小约为20*30cm,注意将底边压薄
  • 6.在面坯表面刷一层玉米油(注意边缘留出空隙)
  • 7.然后再均匀的撒满细砂糖(注意边缘留出空隙)
  • 8.最后再在表面撒上酒渍蔓越莓(注意边缘留出空隙)
  • 9.将面团卷起并封口
  • 10.切成9段
  • 11.放入抹了一薄层黄油的模具中,放在温暖湿润处进行二次发酵
  • 12.发至约1.5倍大小
  • 13.送入预热好的烤箱中下层,180度30分钟
  • 14.出炉后趁热在表面刷一层融化的黄油
  • 15.晾凉即可
