Steps to make 蒜香生蚝

  • 1.生蚝用刷子清洗两遍 。
  • 2.摆入锅中 ,凸起的一面朝下 ,平整的一面朝上。
  • 3.水开上汽后,蒸七分钟 。
  • 4.时间到 ,壳已张开 。
  • 5.把蚝肉挑入盘中,今天的生蚝个比较小些, 肉有点蒸缩了,时间可以再缩短一些 。如果是大生蚝就按这个时间标准来蒸 。
  • 6.准备蒜末和泡椒 。
  • 7.葱花适量。
  • 8.起锅热油, 蒜末和泡椒炒出香气。
  • 9.放入盐、蚝油、 酱油 、料酒、 胡椒粉调味 。
  • 10.最后撒入葱花拌匀,把炒好的蒜汁铲入蚝肉表面,即可。
  • 11.成品。肉质嫩滑又鲜美。
