  • 温水100g

  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 【油酥】面粉200g
  • 猪油100g

Steps to make 酥皮月饼

  • 1.油酥中的材料揉匀成团,有手多擦揉几遍,把油酥面团揉搓均匀。
  • 2.水油皮中所有材料放在一起和成面团,彻底揉匀至可以拉出透明薄膜,盖上湿毛巾静置30分钟,释放一下筋力。
  • 3.把水油面团擀开,包入油酥。
  • 4.收口朝下,用面棍擀开。
  • 5.把面团轻轻擀开后对折,静置一会释放一下筋力再做第二次的擀制,三次对折后,擀成薄片。
  • 6.从一边卷起成条,下剂子。
  • 7.压扁包入馅心。
  • 8.做成小圆饼.
  • 9.选一个好看的八角,沾一点食用色素。
  • 10.在月饼上压一下,形成菊花纹,点缀一下酥饼。
  • 11.放入烤箱烤熟。
