春节在哥哥家吃到了久违的老家口味的熏肉,回家自已也照着做了一锅,受到家人欢迎,如果把熏肉放到白吉馍里吃岂不更美,立马发面,自已在家烙白吉馍,软软的白吉馍夹上口味浓郁的熏肉真是齿留香、回味无穷!

Steps to make 白吉馍

  • 1.面粉中加入发酵粉,用筷子把面粉与酵母搅拌均匀。
  • 2.边淋入清水,边用筷子不停地搅拌,搅拌成面絮状。面发的稍微比蒸馒头时的面硬一些,用手把面絮揉成光滑的面团,放到温暖处发酵1倍大。做白吉馍面不用发的太大。
  • 3.放到案板上揉搓排气。
  • 4.揪出一半的面,用手搓成长条。
  • 5.切四个大小均匀的剂子。
  • 6.用擀面杖擀成长条。
  • 7.从两面折叠起来。
  • 8.再用擀面杖擀成长条。
  • 9.沿一圈用手把它揉成圆形。
  • 10.再用擀面杖擀成一厘米左右厚的圆饼。
  • 11.开中小火,平底锅烧热后放入饼坯,不用倒油。
  • 12.盖上锅盖,烙3分钟左右,两面金黄便可以了。
  • 13.热乎乎的白吉馍,塞上香喷喷的熏肉,真的是鼻齿留香、回味无穷!
