  • 1.准备好原料,将绿豆芽摘洗干净,胡萝卜去皮;
  • 2.将绿豆芽、胡萝卜丝入煮锅焯烫,捞出过凉;
  • 3.调和面糊作为包春卷的粘合封口是用;
  • 4.将食材放入料理盆,加入葱丝、食盐、蚝油拌匀;
  • 5.取一张春卷皮,在中间放好食材。在周边抹上面糊,包好。
  • 6.炒锅入油,油温5成热,放入包好的春卷,炸制上色,入盘即可。
