金桔软心饼干
这是一款法式的饼干,也是师从菜谱得。原方子用的是香橙,但我是第一次做,我觉得做迷你一点更为得心应手,这样子失败率也会降低很多,于是我就用了家里的金桔。成品看着还是有点意思得,味道呢也是清新中带点厚重的感觉。饼干的周边是脆香型,但盖住金桔的部位又微微还有点软。二种完全不同的口感让人也是很是惊艳。所以喜欢的朋友们真心可以尝试一下,造型上你随意。

  • 糖粉40g
  • 低面粉100g
  • 鸡蛋1介

Steps to make 金桔软心饼干

  • 1.备料如图所用材料。
  • 2.将黄油打发好,再分次加入糖粉。
  • 3.打至融合后,再分次加入蛋液。
  • 4.再将低粉过筛加入在黄油糊里。
  • 5.先拌至黄油糊与面粉的均合。
  • 6.再将面糊加至在保鲜袋里。入容器定型。
  • 7.冷冻至坚硬后,再拿出来改刀。
  • 8.分切好后码在烤箱里。
  • 9.刷上一层蛋液。
  • 10.再码上一片金桔片。
  • 11.入烤箱上火170下火150,烤制20-25分钟,看上色的情况而定。
  • 12.这样子一款金桔软心饼干就完成了。
